The Wisconsin State Senate never ceases to amaze.A portion of the bill reads as follows:
“In promoting those campaigns and materials, the [Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board] shall emphasize nonmarital parenthood as a contributing factor to child abuse and neglect.”

I wonder what the contributing factors are to punched senators.
I hope there's not a limit on recalls.
I remember when police, as a policy, did not show up for "domestic disturbances". Women were beaten to death. Children were beaten to death. And it was accepted as status quo, which magically made it an individual problem and not a problem with society writ large, no matter how common it was.
Clearly, white male privilege is not sufficient among while male bullies and their female counterparts to justify and cover up for their abuses. They really want the government to hand them their victims and make sure that any attempt to escape them is thwarted at all turns.
