I was going to make a joke about Catholic bishops not needing condoms, but even I have vague standards of humour and taste. And it's not funny that Viagra is still covered under the "compromise."
It would be highly amusing if some sufficiently large religious group decided that birth control is important enough that they should fund the ever-loving fuck out of distributing birth control pills, condoms, and so forth.
Then they could object that their religious freedoms are being threatened.
